Jaime Hellman is an Emmy Award–winning executive producer and content leader who builds and leads high-performing teams creating premium nonfiction and editorial video across broadcast, streaming, and digital platforms.
A five-time Emmy Award winner, Edward R. Murrow Award recipient, and Peabody Award nominee, Jaime has developed and led documentary, investigative, and editorial programming for CBS News, CNN, National Geographic, Discovery, PBS, Bloomberg, and YouTube.
Most recently, Jaime served as Director of Network Specials and Executive Producer of Originals at News 12, where he led a 15-person team overseeing a multi-series portfolio including Revealed, Crime Files, Haunted Tri-State, Down the Shore, and beWell. He drove audience growth and record sponsorship revenue while launching new formats and building scalable production models across platforms.
Across his career, Jaime has built content organizations, developed original formats, and led production from concept through delivery—operating at the intersection of editorial, production, and strategy to align creative vision with execution, timelines, and audience growth.
He is also the founder of elevenFIVE Productions, where he built and operated a full-service production company delivering long-form documentaries and series for major networks and platforms.
Earlier, Jaime produced and wrote for 48 Hours at CBS News, earning his first Emmy Award for 39 Days, and held senior editorial roles at CNN, Al Jazeera America, and Bloomberg, focusing on investigative reporting and long-form storytelling.
Increasingly, his work is focused on where storytelling is heading next—particularly the evolution of platform-driven video, new production models, and the integration of emerging technologies, including AI, into creative workflows.
He is currently developing new projects and exploring opportunities to build and lead content and video teams across platforms, media, and emerging technologies.
